Jeff Barry is Senior Vice President of Commercial Advisors, LLC. He has more than 20 years of experience in Memphis real estate business. Mr. Barry began his real estate career with Belz Enterprises in Strategic Planning. In 1989 he started Barry Properties LLC where he developed 12 residential subdivisions in Shelby County, Collierville, Bartlett, Midtown and East Memphis (approximately 575 lots total valued at $25 million). Barry Properties also bought and sold approximately 300 acres of commercial land valued at approximately $13 million. In 1999 Barry Properties expanded to include Barry Farms and later Barry Homes in 2000. Barry Properties bought and sold approximately 5,500 acres of land valued at $7million. Barry owns with partners three farm/recreational properties in Eastern Arkansas. At Barry Homes he was responsible for building and selling more than 50 homes at approximately $20 million.

• 30 acres Bailey Station Rd / Poplar- Bought and developed 45 lot Wyncreek Subdivision on 20 acres; sold 10 acres for Assisted Living facility
